Given Las Vegas's fusion, instead, I give you a list of Happy Hours treats:

Happy Hour is an exceptional time for dining in Las Vegas. Here are some suggestions from Omar T, Sissy and the Vegas Clan

DOWNTOWN:

Triple 7 - Main Street Station Lunch and their wonderful happy-hour were dropped post pandemic. Join me in bugging them to bring it back!

Commonwealth
When: Friday-Saturday 7-9 pm
The deal: Commonwealth's happy hour is unique for being exclusive to weekends with hours relatively later in the evening. Save a few bucks in the Fremont East district with $4 Coors Light, Bud Lite, and PBR, $4 well whiskey, vodka, rum, gin, and tequila, or a six-dollar double-shot of house wine and Dos Equis.

Downtown Cocktail Room
This happy hour at this Fremont favorite couldn’t be simpler: half off everything Tuesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The bar knows how to mix a cocktail and the menu includes punches, absinthe, and plenty of classics.

Eureka
When: Daily 3–6 pm and 9 pm–close
The deal: This Fremont Street burger joint has "Hoppy Hour" twice-a-day. Wolf down small bites like the $10 Eureka Burger, $7 Truffle Cheese Fries, and $6 Mac n' Cheese Balls. Check the chalkboard on the wall for $5 drafts, $7 house wine, or $8 select cocktails (including a Margarita or Old Fashioned), and a $9 Vegas Boilermaker: a shot of Buffalo Trace with 7FIVE Training Day Golden Ale.

Evel Pie
When: Daily 2-6 pm
The deal: One of Downtown's best pizza joints (and the only one with an Evel Knievel theme) has happy hour deals for $3 PBR, Evel Ale, Budweiser, and Coors Light, $4 well drinks, and a $24 pitcher-and-pie combo. You can also get a cheese slice with beer for $7 any time of day.

Makers & Finders
When: Daily 4–6 pm
The deal: Yes, a coffee shop can have a happy hour. Makers & Finders serves up $4 lattes as well as $5 draft beers, $6 well drinks, $7 wines by the glass, and $8 select specialty cocktails. A shot and a beer is $10. Discounts are also available for a few dishes, including the Arepita Trio of short rib, chicken tinga, and queso mini arepa for $10.

The Underground
When: Sunday–Thursday 5–7pm
The deal: Located in the basement level of the Mob Museum, The Underground is an attraction and experience all by itself. Knock on the door of the secret side entrance and receive $2 off all cocktails, draft beer, and wine by the glass.

8 East
When: Daily 3–5 pm
The deal: Check out 8 East at Circa and save a few bucks on a variety of Asian-inspired street food. The $8 plates are a great deal—Fried Chicken Skins, Ginger Chicken Dumplings, Pork Belly Bao, and more. And if you need to get the party started early, sake bombs are just $6. You've also got $9 house wines, $6 Sapporo or Big Dog's Las Vegas Lager drafts, and $6 well drinks.

THE ARTS DISTRICT:

Garagiste
When: Monday–Friday 3–6 pm
The deal: This Arts District wine bar has tap wine and beer for $5. Bottles of champagne and sparkling wine are half-off on Sundays.

Harvest at Belagio Their happy-hour was one of many lost or tweaked during and after the pandemic.

Bar at Times Square
When: Monday-Friday 4-7:30 pm
The deal: Save some money on dinner-and-a-show with this dueling pianos bar inside New York-New York. Happy hour serves up $8 well cocktails, $6 draft beers, and discounts on select shooters.

Bardot Brasserie - ARIA
When: Daily 5–7 pm
The deal: Michael Mina's Bardot is one of those restaurants you have to try at least once in Las Vegas. The happy hour has $7 shots of Green Chartreuse and Grand Marnier, $5 Kronenbourg 1664 and Golden Road Blonde, and $12 select cocktails, including a French 75 and Smoky Old Fashioned made with mezcal.

Blondies -Planet Hollywood
When: Monday-Friday 3–6 pm and 9 pm–midnight
The deal: Blondies—no apostrophe needed—is your best bet for watching sports while stretching your dollar at the Miracle Mile Shops in Planet Hollywood. The bar offers happy hour twice a day with all-you-can-drink well cocktails and domestic drafts for $20.

Brera Osteria -Venetian
When: Daily 5–7 pm
The deal: Brera Osteria takes inspiration from Milan's aperitivo culture, so it only makes sense the Italian restaurant has its own daily aperitivo hour. Grab a seat on the indoor patio at St. Mark's Square inside the Grand Canal Shoppes and enjoy discounts on small plates like $8 meatballs, $9 mussels, and $11 salmon. Pizzas, wood-fired in a custom oven, are $7-10.

Flights
When: Daily 9 am–6 pm
The deal: Happy hour runs all day long at Flights, a restaurant that specializes in portions of three (like three different sliders on one plate, for example). Enjoy $10 flights of Bloody Marys and Mimosas 9 am–12 pm, beer and wine 12-3 pm, a rotating options for cocktails 3–6 pm, and beer and wine again from 6 pm to close. Keep in mind, while three cocktails at one time sounds like a lot, the portions are on the smaller side and some of the drinks are pre-batched. Still, it's a great deal compared to typical Strip prices.

Interlude
When: Monday-Friday 9 am–8 pm
The deal: Need a little more time? The casino lounge at the Cromwell has a long happy hour geared toward day drinkers with vodka cocktails for $2 each. And if you're not drinking a martini at 9 in the morning, you're not doing Vegas right.

Jaleo
When: Daily 5–7 pm
The deal: Jose Andres' Spanish restaurant at the Cosmopolitan saves its best deals for Sangria Hour. Ask about select wines and the Spanish Bramble (a honey blackberry cocktail with rosemary-infused Ketel One) for $8, or servings of sangria for $7, and bottles of Estrella Galicia for $6. A lineup of tapas is just $5. Try the Sauteed Garlic Shrimp and Patatas Bravas (fried potatoes in spicy tomato sauce).

Majordomo
When: Thursday–Sunday 5–7 pm and 9 pm to close
The deal: Head straight to the bar and lounge area of David Chang's Majordomo for happy hour. Items with a peach next to them on the menu are half-off, including select cocktails, sides, and entrees like the Cacio e Pepe and Porchetta Sandwich.

*STK
When: Monday–Thursday 4–6pm and Friday 3–5pm
The deal: The Cosmopolitan's stylish steakhouse has a fun happy hour to match its party vibe. Take a break from the restaurant's typical family-style servings and save on smaller dishes with a "7 items for $7" menu, featuring miso-glazed Chilean sea bass, Lil BRG sliders with truffle fries, and beef tartare. Specialty cocktails are half-off, while glasses of Justin Cabernet and Whispering Angel Rose are $10.

108 Eats & 108 Drinks
When: Monday–Thursday 3–7 pm
The deal: The SkyHigh Happy Hour on the 108th floor of The Strat has a two-for-one deal that applies to signature cocktails, bottled beer, and wine as well as admission to the SkyPod viewing deck. A Cheese Plate, house-made Hummus, and Bacon-Wrapped Dates are some of the top bites on the happy hour menu.

Public House– Luxor –Monday – Friday 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. All Draft Beers $7, Draft Pitchers $22, Well Drinks $7, Any Canned Beer $6, House Red or White Wine $7.

Nine Fine Irishman– New York New York- Monday- Friday 2pm-5pm, with $5 pints and featured cocktails and $6 appetizers.

Dueling Pianos– New York New York- Daily from 4pm-8pm featuring $25 Bud & Bud Light Buckets, $6 Ciroc Vodka Cocktails, $6 Don Julia Blanco Margaritas, $8 Bulleit Bourbon Shooters.

Tequila Taqueria– Bally’s- Daily from 3pm-5pm, and again from 10pm-midnight. All day Happy Hour at the bar only!! 5 O’clock Somewhere Bar– Margaritaville Casino- Check out the happy hour for one of the best beer deals around. Happy Hour at Margaritaville is All Day, Every Day! Join us for $4 Bud Light Drafts, $5 Well Drinks, $6 House Margaritas, and $3 Off Appetizers! Martini happy hour drink in clear glass with olives
